Customers who opt in for communication may receive text, email, or phone updates for appointment information, reminders, sales, and basic marketing. If, at any moment, you wish to cease all or partial communication, contact us via email, postal mail, or phone. You may also submit a request using our form located in the "Contact us" portion of our website.

Cancellations: Deposit fees are non-refundable and go towards the service amount. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit and need to submit a new deposit for a new appointment. If you cancel at least 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred one time. If you must cancel a second time, a new deposit will be required. "No-call/no-shows" will be charged 100% of the service.

 

Refunds: There are no refunds to any service. If you have any questions regarding being a candidate, please contact us. For health related questions, contact your healthcare provider. You may also refer to the "Contraindications" section of this page. The artist is not responsible for issues due to any internal or external health conditions.

 

Late policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment. If this happens, you will forfeit your deposit, and you must submit a new deposit to reschedule. 

 

Extra guests: Due to limited space & COVID 19, no extra guests are allowed in the studio. 

Preparation for PMU services:

No blood thinners 24 hours before appointment
Do not wax, thread, tweeze, or pluck 1 week before appointment
No tanning 2 weeks before appointment
Avoid facials & cosmetic injections 3 weeks prior to appointment
No marijuana the day of, before your appointment
No caffeine on the day of, before your appointment
No heavy alcohol 24 hours before your appointment

 

Contraindications for PMU services:

If you have the following medical conditions, you are not a good candidate for the permanent make up service: diabetes, hepatitis, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions, any blood disorders, autoimmune disorders, cancer, pregnancy/nursing, and any liver disorders. Clients on Retin A and Accutane should discontinue use for 6 weeks prior to booking. For other medical conditions that are not listed consult with your health care professional. Ignoring certain advice regarding medical conditions may have an effect on results and safety.

 

If you are experiencing any sickness or what you deem to be allergies, including, but not limited to, runny nose, sniffles, coughing, stomach pain, sweats, temperature etc. you must reschedule your appointment.
